What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no gaming benefit other than making it easier to view and purchase upgrades.
Boosters
With an upgrader for your item you can enjoy many bonuses. They can include stats, as well as additional bonuses. These bonuses can be used on armor, weapons, and trinkets. They can be used to enhance the abilities of a character or give a new dimension of variety to their appearance.
The World of Warcraft upgrade system allows players to upgrade their equipment by paying currency at an upgrader for their item. This system was introduced in Mists of Pandaria and was continued with the arrival of Warlords of Draenor. It's a convenient method to boost the level of your equipment, allowing you to skip the grind and avoid a lot of wipes in Mythicand Dungeons.
When an item is upgraded, its type of base changes. Upgrades to a normal item produce an Exceptional version, while upgrades to an Exceptional version create an Elite. The item will be able to keep its previous upgrade stats, but will gain an extra bonus of its new base type. This bonus is randomly selected. It could be a weapon that has more damage range, an increased speed of reloading, or an increased max defense roll.
The number of upgrades you perform will determine the amount of extras you get. Each upgrade will boost the extras by up to 3 points. Each upgrade will also boost the stats in the main menu by +1.
Some upgrades also give you additional random boosts in addition to stat boosts. These secondary boosts are extremely beneficial and should be taken into consideration when choosing which items to upgrade. Some of these boosts are only suitable for specific builds (such as Whistan's shield in FB sorcs) while others could provide an enormous amount of value to specific collectors.
Some items come with built-in boos, which is less beneficial when upgraded. For instance, the Goldwrap provides extra slots for potion. They are often upgraded to add more value to a near-perfect or perfect item.
Costs
Upgrades have some associated costs. The first is the cost of performing the upgrade. The cost is based on the new level of the item and the number of perks it will gain and is often expensive. It is also costly to upgrade an item to a better tier (such as Explorer > Champion, or Veteran > Heroic).
The other is the cost of the materials needed to upgrade. The items used are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21+) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable through completing specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). These items can be found in the inventory of an Upgrade Vendor.
It takes time to upgrade an item. It can take up to 8 hours, depending on the magnitude of an upgrade. The stats that are the base of the upgraded item are calculated based upon its new ilvl as well as other properties. This calculation determines the latest Armor Class bonus, damage dice, and other important stats. In some instances an upgrade may grant additional benefits. These perks are listed on a list.
In rare cases the upgrade will only replace the highest-costing bonuses. Sometimes, the upgrader may make other changes to an item, such as changing the type of weapon damage or adding or removing an operative or unwieldy property. The cost for these changes is based on the item's new ilvl, and it may require a special substance, such as adamantine alloy.
Success Rate
The upgrade of an item is based on the chance. Like any random system, there is a possibility that it will not succeed. However there are a few things which can improve the chances of success. This includes the use of an Upgrade Pity, or the addition of extra materials to your upgrade.
An Upgrade Pity is an item you can purchase from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the odds of an upgrade's success by a percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that certain items provide however it is more secure. It can be added to any armor or weapon and can be used up to three times.
You can also add additional components to the upgrade to increase the chances of success. These are shown in a separate window, above the + button. However, there are limitations to this, and the largest amount of material that can be added is shown right above the + button in the user interface.
A Blacksmith Blessing, or an upgraded version thereof can be used to increase the odds of an upgrade being successful. This item is helpful in the event that you have a weapon or piece of equipment that has reached the highest level for its tier or is close to it. This item will allow you upgrade the equipment to the next level without risking its breaking.
If an upgrade fails the system will be restored to its initial state. This is typically a break, but it could also be an upgrade. Keep an upgrade in reserve until you reach the maximum level of an item.
Kafra has a range of items that can be utilized to increase the likelihood of an upgrade succeeding. You can boost your chances of success by upgrading equipment several times using HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. In the same way, increasing the likelihood to receive a Double Mint from Shoe-Minting a maximum of five times will also improve the chances of success.
Failure Rate
The upgrader for an item allows the player to add a second slot in their equipment. These slots can be used to upgrade an item or apply an enchantment. It is important to keep in mind that not all items are upgradeable. The rank of an item will determine the rate at which it can be upgraded and enhanced. The higher the rank, the more Zen and the items you'll need to upgrade it.
The system is expensive particularly if you are looking for high-level gear. Upgrades to weapons and armor can cost up to 100,000 z or 100 Carnium. The success rate also decreases as you climb in rank. You can increase the chances of upgrading an item making use of cash shop items.
Normal Upgrade is the most basic upgrade that can be done on weapons, armor pieces and bikes. It employs different core grades depending on the kind of item. In general, lower-grade items require less expensive cores, whereas higher-grade ones require more expensive cores.
To perform an ordinary upgrade you must first have the proper number of cores. Once you have them click the button next to the item you want to upgrade. The arrows to the left of the UI represent the various phases of the upgrade process. Click the question mark icon to get help if you are unsure what you're doing. The upgrade process can take as long as five minutes.
